Festive Holiday Cocktail

Cranberry Pomegranate Mojitos

Ingredients:

(Cranberry mix)

3 Tbs water

3 Tbs Sugar

1/2 cup fresh cranberries

heat sugar, water and cranberries over med heat on stove in a small saucepan until thickened. Set aside to cool

(For cocktail)

10-12 fresh mint leaves

2 tbs fresh lime juice

4 oz rum

2 oz pomegranate

4 oz sparkling water

ice

Muddle mint and lime juice in shaker. Add rum, pomegranate juice and cranberry mix and lightly shake. Pour over ice and top with sparkling water. Enjoy!
